Ham and lentil soup – Wednesday
Mac and cheese with turkey sausage – Thursday
Calzones – Friday
Pasta with Italian sausage – Saturday
Tuna jack straw – Sunday

Pot roast

Pork:
BBQ pork tenderloin
Roast pork and potatoes
Smothered pork chops

Italian tilapia

Smorgasbord:
Breakfast for dinner
Quinoa skillet
Butternut squash soup

Class nights (two):
BLT sandwiches
Ravioli
Hot dogs
Egg salad sandwiches
Italian wedding soup (crock pot)
Italian bread soup (crock pot)
