BBQ pork tenderloin – Monday
Egg salad sandwiches – Tuesday
Italian wedding soup (crock pot) – Wednesday
PB&J – Thursday
Lemon tilapia – Friday
Pot roast – Saturday

And here is what is left:

Golden chili chicken

Beef:
Meatloaf

Pork:
Smothered pork chops

Fish:
Fish sticks

Smorgasbord:
Quinoa skillet

Class nights (two):
Hot dogs
Ravioli
