Here is this week:

Quinoa skillet – Sunday
Calzones  – Monday
Open face ham sandwiches – Tuesday
Balsamic salmon & couscous – Wednesday
Beef barley soup – Thursday
Tuna jack straw – Friday
Oven-fried chicken – Saturday
Roast pork and potatoes – Sunday

And here is what’s left:

Chicken with salsa in crock pot
Golden chili chicken
Curry chicken

Beef:
Meatloaf
Sloppy joes
Pot roast

Pork:
BBQ pork tenderloin
Smothered pork chops
Pasta with Italian sausage

Fish:
Italian tilapia
Lemon tilapia
Fish sticks

Smorgasbord:
Calzones
Breakfast for dinner
Lasagna
Butternut squash soup

Class nights (two):
Hummus and pita
Pb&j
BLT sandwiches
Mac and cheese with turkey sausage
Hot dogs
Italian wedding soup (crock pot)
Pumpkin soup (crock pot)
