Here is this week:

Oven-fried chicken – Saturday
Balsamic salmon & couscous- Sunday
Golden chili chicken – Monday
Pumpkin soup (crock pot) – Tuesday
Breakfast for dinner- Wednesday
BLTs – Thursday
Pasta with Italian sausage – Friday
Meatloaf – Saturday
Italian tilapia – Sunday

And here is what’s left:

Chicken:
Chicken with salsa in crock pot
Curry chicken

Beef:
Sloppy joes
Pot roast

Pork:
BBQ pork tenderloin
Smothered pork chops

Fish:
Lemon tilapia
Fish sticks

Smorgasbord:
Lasagna
Butternut squash soup

Class nights (two):
Hummus and pita
Pb&j
Mac and cheese with turkey sausage
Hot dogs
Italian wedding soup (crock pot)
