Post-Thanksgiving week menu planning

The biggest benefit, for me at least, in spending Thanksgiving day cooking is that we can live off the leftovers for days on end. But the end to that is drawing near, sadly, and we will actually have to start cooking again soon.

Sunday – Turkey soup
Monday – Turkey soup redux
Tuesday – Egg salad sandwiches
Wednesday – Pasta, sausage, broccoli
Thursday – Fish sticks, fries, salad
Friday – Grilled cheese, tomato soup, salad
Saturday – Holiday party (brunch — going to make this casserole again) & leftovers (dinner)
