Sixth cycle, week 3

Skipped grocery shopping this weekend since it was Easter, leading to us looking around Sunday night and wondering what in the world we could cook for last night’s dinner that didn’t involve going to the store. Came up with roast pork. And had to go to the store last night, but at least we didn’t have to go Sunday!

Also, the tator tot casserole, which was a new add this cycle that J wanted to try, was rejected by the kids, but he and I thought it was worth keeping in the repertoire anyways. Maybe they’ll give it a try next time!
