Beef (1 or 2 a week):
Taco salad
Grilled Thai beef salad
Sloppy joes

Pork (1 or 2 a week):
Roast pork and potatoes
Pasta with Italian sausage and Swiss chard

Fish (1 or 2 a week):
Lemon tilapia
Balsamic salmon
Italian tilapia
Grilled fish tacos

Smorgasbord (1 or 2 a week):
Breakfast for dinner
Mac and cheese
Crock pot ravioli
Crock pot or skillet lasagna
Naan pizzas
Spinach and salmon salad

Class nights (1 a week):
Open face ham sandwiches
BLT sandwiches
Hot dogs
Grilled cheese sandwiches
