Tenth cycle, week 3

Going off the pre-planned list a little this week because a new Trader Joe’s opened in our area! Woohoo!

Sunday: lasagna
Monday: Breakfast for dinner: pumpkin bread, bacon, eggs, smoothie
Tuesday: BLT sandwiches
Wednesday: Indian chicken, dal & naan
Thursday: mandarin orange chicken, rice
Friday: pumpkin soup in crock pot, crusty bread
Saturday: mini ravioli in meat sauce

Chicken (1 or 2 a week):
Chicken with salsa in crock pot
Golden chili chicken
Buffalo chicken lettuce wraps

Beef (1 or 2 a week):
Pot roast
Taco salad
Meatloaf

Pork (1 or 2 a week):
BBQ pork tenderloin
Roast pork and potatoes

Fish (1 or 2 a week):
Lemon tilapia
Fish sticks
Balsamic salmon
Italian tilapia

Smorgasbord (1 or 2 a week):
Mac and cheese
Crock pot or skillet lasagna
Baked potato soup
Butternut squash soup
Crock pot ravioli

Class nights (1 or 2 a week):
Grilled cheese sandwiches
