Week 5:
Sunday: mandarin orange chicken, rice, broccoli
Monday: Baked potato soup
Tuesday: carrot soup, crusty bread
Wednesday: Chicken with salsa in crock pot
Thursday: BBQ pork tenderloin
Friday: Fish sticks
Saturday: Golden chili chicken

Week 4:
Sunday: leftovers
Monday: mini ravioli, Italian sausage
Tuesday: kale pumpkin salad & carrot soup
Wednesday: butternut squash soup in crock pot, crusty bread
Thursday: Mac and cheese, sausage
Friday: mandarin orange chicken, rice
Saturday: Meatloaf, baked potatoes

Chicken (1 or 2 a week):
Buffalo chicken lettuce wraps

Beef (1 or 2 a week):
Pot roast
Taco salad

Pork (1 or 2 a week):
Roast pork and potatoes

Fish (1 or 2 a week):
Lemon tilapia
Balsamic salmon
Italian tilapia

Smorgasbord (1 or 2 a week):
Crock pot or skillet lasagna
Crock pot ravioli

Class nights (1 or 2 a week):
Grilled cheese sandwiches
