Eleventh cycle, week 1

Forgot to post this again… started a new cycle. Added some new items, including the Chile Colorado burritos pictured above, which were good and easy, although salty. Need to find lower-sodium enchilada sauce.

Sunday: Curry chicken
Monday: Chile Colorado burritos

Sunday: Rotisserie chicken
