Spring craziness menu planning, week 1 and 3

Week 3

Sunday: rotisserie chicken
Monday: pasta, Italian sausage, broccoli
Tuesday: sandwiches plus fried rice
Wednesday: sandwiches plus salsa chicken
Thursday: sandwiches

Saturday:

Little league season means eating lots of meals on the go. Trying to maximize leftovers for J and me for when we get home after games.
